You will be watching over my shoulder as I begin the journey of going from ZERO leads, to a full fledge marketing system. 

In the first week we go over what it takes to physiologically persuade a homeowner to conduct business with you vs. another investor. As you can imagine, this knowledge has been acquired through trial & error. Mainly from the hundred of thousands in lost deals over the last 4 years...

We also go through the process of establishing a Google Ads account, a high converting website (carrot.com) & identifying a marketplace to do business

In the following week, we begin to build our first Google Ad campaign. I share my screen as I log into my ads account, all the way through to clicking "publish". 
I believe in your success. I give you the words to say in your ads, keywords to target and budget to spend within your marketplace. 

Building your first ad campaign is easy compared to what comes next... 
We can only track success by measuring Key Performance Indicators.  The KPI's of your ad campaign will allow you to scale up or scale down when it comes to lead flow.  Oh, and the one thing we all need to remember about paid advertising... it's NEVER the same for everyone.

Monitoring your campaign data & making adjustments is an ongoing task which I will show you throughout the entire 30 days. 

Finally, near the end we will start to see results. Like I mentioned before, I have made mistakes costing us hundreds of thousands of dollars in missed profit. 

We will go over how NOT to repeat my same mistakes & the exact process of taking a homeowner from "lead" to "profit check".
